God's Work, Our Hands Update: Thanks to everyone who brought clothing for our recent clothing drive. Thanks for sorting, folding, and packing up the clothing. A light lunch was served and we had the opportunity to hear from the organizations the clothing was given to. Men's clothing was given to Lutheran Seafarers, Children's clothing to Mothers in Transition and the Boys & Girls Club of Cypress/Greater Anaheim, and the balance to Lutheran Social Services in Long Beach. Look for a summary report and pictures in the October newsletter.

Pastor Jennifer grew up in MN, served 2 congregations in WA, and has been at BLC since 2017. Some of her favorite things about ministry include worship, the personal connections, music, and serving alongside others. Some of her favorite things outside of work include spending time with family and friends, her dog Ruby, and cooking/baking
