1. Accept same doctrine described in New Testament
2. Accept same ancient creeds (Apostles', etc.)

Proclaim God's message by

1. Emphasizing justification by faith
2. Teaching that a person is not to live according to a formula of do's and dont's, but in the freedom of Christian love
3. Not confusing law and gospel

How to become a member of this church

Baptism

1. Anyone baptized in this church, at any age, whether during a church service or in a private ceremony, becomes a baptized member of this church.
2. For adults, after instruction in the faith, publicly stating faith in Christ, loyalty to His church, promising to lead a Christian life.

Confirmation

1. Any baptized person who attends Confirmation classes and Affirms his or her Baptism becomes a Baptized, Confirmed member of this church.
2. Through the help of the Holy Spirit, we knowingly choose to be disciples of Christ and confirmed members of His church.

Transfer of membership

• A member of another church may request a transfer of membership to this church by contacting our pastor.
